Workouts for bulging men's butt

Exercise for a fast, firm, round bulging butt. Men's butt are beautiful and were

designed to be one of your centers of attention.

It takes a little work but maybe not as much as you might thing to have a

great looking rear bulge. Check out these workouts and remember that mens

rears pump up fast because of the large muscle mass.

 

I have a few exercises I do to keep my ass muscular and plumped out. The one I know works best also is the simplest exercise to do. It’s the stair stepper. Walk into any gym and check out the girls with nice asses and you are sure to find them on the stair step machines. This exercise adds muscle and great shape to your butt, and the results happen quickly. You do not need a gym since any stairs will do. Make sure to put in at least four sets of 20 minutes minimum per week, it’s quite a workout, so it you might want to check with a doctor before pumping up those tush muscles. I recently bought one of those inexpensive mini steppers and I use it while watching TV rather then sitting on my ass, this little unit really keeps it nice and firm! For fast results the stairs are your best bet for a firm shapely ass. 

 

 

Just read the latest Newsletter, which was really good as usual, but you asked people to e-mail in with what they do to get ready physically for the summer. Well, I work out down at the gym once a week for over 2 hours all year, I do weights and CV simply to keep a good tone. I also swim once a week too, covering 40 lengths a time. I have a small business cutting peoples lawns, which I do for 8 months of the year, so clearly, I get enough leg exercise doing that. Every night I do 4 different sets of stomach crunches to keep my abdomen area flat. I'm 52 years old (53 this coming Sunday), and have been doing regular excercise for over 20 years, of which I'm pretty committed to. I therefore think, that working out is an all year round thing, and not just for the summer, as it increases ones sense of well being inside, with the results shown on the outside. I think I look pretty good in a swim suit, be that a full suit or, a thong/g-string style. I do prefer very skimpy suits, as they do enhance my physique very well, and, at the same time give me a tremendous sexual thrill. I spend quite a bit of money on my suits, and have a lot of fun in choosing them for the year, all with one clear goal, to make me look and feel sexy. I have a very big collection of suits already, but am always on the look out for new ones.....aren't we all ? Monday, Wednesday, Friday Monday 5 sets of 5 pyramiding up to a 5 rep max, increasing each week by 2.5%. Use the percentages of 40,55,65,80,100% of your 5 rep max. The 100% should be a new max every week. Wednesday 5 sets of 5 80% of 5 rep max deadlifts preferably on a trap bar but regular straight bar can work too. Make sure the back doesn't round and you are activating glutes/hams Friday 5 sets of 5 90% 5 rep max squats Squats should be done Ass to Grass as they say. Parallel or below in otherwords. Going this low doesn't hurt your knees in a negative way if you are doing them properly and there have been plenty of studies to back this. This follows the basic strength training routine by Bill Starr called surprisingly enough bill starr 5x5. I included the full routine in the e-mail in excel format. Just get your 5 rep max for the exercises and put them in the yellow boxes up top. It calculates the rest. Also included pictures to prove what a bubbly butt I have. Oh and I love your suits! I'm looking to buy a few of the new ones, I just hope I can fit in the pouches, so far the only pouch I could really fit into was the incurrsion thong and the "the answer." Either way great suits. Also as far as the waxing goes, I tried it last night since you said it was so nice. Did it myself instead of going somewhere....after getting the shaft and surrounding area I decided to forgo anywhere near my ass even though I'd like to have that done.
